MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SESSIONS

One hour online meditation sessions, 3 times a week via Zoom: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM – Eastern Time (US and Canada)

We meditate for 20 to 30 minutes and then I teach and we share our insights for another 20 to 30 minutes.

These sessions are offered for free.
