Happiness does not have to come by as an accident in our lives: we can create our own happiness by living more mindfully and by incorporating certain behaviors and attitudes in our daily lives.
Happiness is not only the sentiments we feel when we experience more positive than negative emotions, but also the good feelings we experience when we notice that we are moving closer to realizing our potential, living authentically, and achieving our goals in life.
As happiness expands, we experience contentment, gratitude, and the desire to be of service, which in turn makes us feel that life is exciting, meaningful, and precious.
Mindfulness is a practice that allows us to look deeply, see clearly, and better know ourselves. And when we live authentically, in accordance with our values and highest purposes, we reduce stress and become happier.

There are a limited number of scholarships available. — Feeling generous?
