MINDFULNESS-BASED LIFE COACHING SESSIONS
My goal, through my coaching, is to help people on their journeys of fulfilling their purposes in life and, in the process, becoming calmer, happier, and healthier.
I always invite people to reflect and find answers to the four fundamental questions that Wayne Muller formulated:
- 1) Who am I?
- 2) What do I love?
- 3) How shall I live, knowing that I will die?
- 4) What gifts do I bring to share with others?
My coaching is based, primarily, on my own life experiences, and on what I have learned from studying and teaching :
- Mindfulness Meditation and Mindful Living
- Mind-Body Medicine for Transforming Trauma
- Joseph Campbell’s “Heros’ Journey”
- Positive Psychology and the Science of Happiness
- Mindful Self-Compassion, and
- Mindful and Nonviolent Communication.
I follow Marshall Rosenberg’s advice on how to counsel others.

I believe wholeheartedly that we all are fellow human beings who are on a path of discovery. We are equal. There’s no difference, no hierarchy. No one is better. That’s my belief. That’s the training I have received.
I have a great desire to make this world of ours a better place for all living beings, and that’s why I have been developing my talents and honing my teaching and coaching skills in order to help other individuals to become healthier and happier,

FEES (60 minutes sessions):
- $150 for a single coaching session, or
- $100 per session when scheduling 3 or more sessions.
