A good friend told me that these positive affirmations brought back memories of her childhood. She told me that one of the preferred sayings of her father was, “Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.” I will add the word “Happy” to that saying. “Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a man Happy, Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.”
