Dear friends,
Well, the time has finally come. It’s time to say goodbye.
Throughout this year I posted a reflection on my Facebook page every day. I challenged myself, or, better, I accepted the Call of the Universe to not let a single day go by without sharing something that I thought could be helpful, inspirational and uplifting. Many times I was writing to myself, reminding me of what I need to do to live a better life. The majority of the entries have to do with my attempt to live more mindfully in order to live better. I wrote a lot on how mindfulness leads to gratefulness which leads to happiness. It all began back on January 1st and it is coming to an end now. I am grateful that I had the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual strength to do so. It wasn’t always easy to write, but with all this love I have for exploring and inspiring it surely was a very rewarding experience. I thank all of you who read my daily reflections, especially those who told me that what I had written has, in one way or another, enriched their lives. I hope this was the case for you. I hope you have enjoyed reading these daily reflections and that they may have enriched your life. Thank you for being with me on this journey.
Now, it is time to stop with the words, and follow Rumi’s advice,
“Stop the words now. Open the windows in the center of your chest, and let the spirits fly in and out.” ~ Mevlana Jalal’uddin Rumi (1207-1273)
Namaste = The divinity in me recognizes the divinity in you, gives thanks, and rejoices.

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Can you see the Magic, Mystery and Miracles? Can you hear the humming sound of silence? Can you feel the breeze? There is beauty all around us, right?
Be mindful! Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!
Today, and every day, is a good day to allow what is real and authentic within us to be born. Every day is a good day to remember who we truly are and what we were brought here to do. Every day is a good day to ask ourselves, “Who am I? What do I love? How shall I live, knowing that I will die? What are my gifts to the family of the Earth?”
Today is a good day to observe and realize that life is full of cycles, full of seasons, full of births, deaths, and rebirths. With every new day comes a new opportunity to let go of lives that have played themselves out and do not serve us anymore. With every new day comes a new opportunity for the birth of our true and authentic selves.
See every dawn as the beginning of a new cycle. May every dawn be a reminder and an invitation for you to allow your false self to die and your true self to be born.
Allow!
Do it!
Just do it!

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Be still. Close your eyes. Go to the center of your being, to that place of peace, and hear the humming sound of the silence. Open your eyes, look attentively to the big and the small, to what is near and what is far, and see beyond what you see. Nurture a heart full of peace and gratitude, and see all the Magic, Mystery and Miracles that surround you.
Be mindful! Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!
Today is a good day to be mindful of our thoughts.
Be mindful of the positive and negative thoughts, and the difference between them, and practice to populate your mind with loving thoughts, because this is what will enhance the quality of your life.
Apply the CARR method: Catch – Acknowledge – Release – Return. Catch yourself whenever you may be experiencing upsetting emotions, and become aware of the generating thoughts behind such emotions. Acknowledge these negative thoughts, calmly, without pushing them away, or running away from them. Take a good look at them, and decide if you are going to allow them to stay or if you are going to release them. If you decide to let them go, do so gently while inviting positive thoughts to come to you. Return to the enjoyment of the present moment with gratitude.
Remember: even if you are not living the life you want, find everything that is good in it now, and be grateful and happy.
The more you like the life you are living, the better it will get. On the other hand, the less you like the life you are living, the worse it will get.
Be mindful of your thoughts, and replace the negative with the positive. Let go of pessimism and embrace optimism. Be amazed by all the beauty that surrounds you. Be grateful for all the gifts life has given you. Love your life now, and be happy now!
Just do it!

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Look around with the eyes of the heart and see all the gifts life has given you.
Be mindful! Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!
Today is a good day to practice the art of living a worry-free life.
The first thing we must be conscious of is that whatever happens always happens in the present. Think about it: whatever happened in the past, actually happened in what was then the present moment. Similarly, whatever will happen in the future, when it happens, will be happening in what will then be the present. So, the best advice is, “Do not worry about the future. Keep your focus on the present.”
No one can know for sure what is going to happen, right? So why worry? Why imagine the worst? Why not imagine the best? Why not refrain from imagining completely? Why not simply live in the present, enjoying the presents?
When you find yourself troubled by fear that something bad may happen, focus on your breathing, even if just for a brief moment. This will help you redirect your thoughts to the here-now. Apply the CARR method. Catch the troubling thoughts, acknowledge them, release them, and return to the enjoyment of life in the present moment.
Come back to the here-now. Put your attention in the present. Look around, see beauty, and allow yourself to be bathed in wonderment. Enjoy the gifts life has given and keeps giving you. Enjoy the presents in the present. Be mindful. Be amazed. Be grateful. Be happy. And “don’t worry about a thing, ‘cause every little thing is gonna be alright.”
Remember, “In the end everything will be OK. If it is not OK, it’s not the end.”
Don’t worry! Be happy!
Don’t worry! Be mindful! Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Look around and see beyond what you see. See the Magic, the Mystery and the Miracles. Smile.
Today is a good day to remember our fundamental duties in this life.
1 – Let go of lives that have played themselves out and do not serve you anymore.
2 – Figure out who you really are, and live out your real you; live an authentic and honest life.
3 – Figure out what you were brought here to do, and do it. Do what makes you come alive, what you are passionate about. Follow your bliss. Express yourself. Create what is uniquely yours, and let your life be your greatest work of art.
4 – Prepare yourself diligently to be the best that you can be, and to give the best contributions you can give, but be always ready to surrender control. Listen to voice of the Universe, and let the Spirit guide you. Free yourself from pre-established plans, step aside, and let the Spirit lead. Let yourself be used by the Life Force Energy to bring whatever must be brought into the world.
5 – Do the inner-work necessary to achieve a higher consciousness, experience oneness and feel the sacredness of all. Engage in a committed practice of silence and solitude. Meditate daily. Go to your place of peace, listen to the voice of the Universe, and get to experience a sense of oneness. Get to know, with every fiber of your being, that we are all one. Get to know that we are, at the same time, human and divine, mortal and immortal, independent and interdependent, separated and connected, many and one. Free yourself from the illusion of separateness and from the shackles of prejudice and hatred. Nurture what unites, not what divides. Connect, communicate and commune. Realize that when we wound someone else, we are wounding our own selves, our loved ones, and the entire humanity, even the ones still to be born. Realize that when we help someone else, we are helping ourselves, our loved ones, and the entire humanity.
6 – Strive to be the best that you can be, and support others on their journeys so they too can be the best that they can be. Compete less and cooperate more.
7 – Find peace within yourself, and help others find peace within their own selves.
8 – Give your best contribution to bring Heaven to Earth. Planet Earth is a beautiful Garden and an awesome Playground. Enjoy the beauty of the Garden and have fun in the Playground. And give your contribution to improve both, making the Garden even more beautiful and the Playground even more fun. And, remember to share your toys, because the happiness of others increases your own.
9 – Be optimistic and spread optimism. Host visions of a beautiful future for humanity and share those images and ideas.
10 – Live, love, laugh, listen, learn, lead, and leave a legacy. Live fully, Love wastefully, Laugh unboundedly, Listen attentively. Learn unceasingly, Lead compassionately, and Leave an honorable legacy.
11 – Simplify. Remember that, many times, less is more. Acquire less and appreciate more. Do less and rest more. Give yourself, often, the gift of rest.
12 – Be here, now. Be mindful. Be amazed. Be grateful. Be happy, content and satisfied.
13 – Live knowing that you will die. Create a life that allows you to feel proud of yourself, of what you stand for, and of the good you bring to the world. Love yourself, and know that there’s no greater reward in life than to look at your own self and admire what you see. There’s no greater sense of accomplishment than knowing that you have fulfilled your destiny.

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Look around and see the beauty that surrounds you.
Be mindful! Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!
Today is a good day to spend more time “in the zone.”
To be “in the zone” is to be in a desirable state in which you are fully immersed and completely absorbed by the activity at hand, feeling energized, focused, and enjoying the process. When you are “in the zone,” you are “flowing with the flow,” achieving great things effortlessly, and feeling happy.
Our goal should be to be “in the zone” as often as possible.
The paradox is that you have to put in some effort first in order to break through a threshold and reach that state in which effort is no longer needed, and you are, then, taken over by a Higher Force that uses you — this refined instrument that you have become — to effortlessly bring what needs to be brought to the world.
I believe that before you reach that flow state in which you surrender and allow the Divine Force to flow through you, you have to improve yourself; you have to do some things in order to reach that state in which you don’t do anything, and great things are done through you.
The desire to be better is praiseworthy, and the commitment to do what is necessary to improve oneself is honorable, but let us be aware that the motivation to improve ourselves is a selfish one. That’s OK, as long as we are cognizant of the arrogance of the ego that takes us to compare ourselves with others in order to give us emotional rewards through feelings of superiority, feelings that we are better than them. For instance, even on the journey to attain spiritual enlightenment the ego takes us to say, “I am obviously more evolved and more spiritual than you because I do this and that and you, clearly, do not.”
Anyway, apply yourself to learn, but live in a state where you don’t struggle to learn because you have realized that knowledge and wisdom are already here, and that you already know what needs to be known.
Apply yourself to do, and reach that point when you don’t do, but simply allow the Divine Force to do through you.
Apply yourself and experience the wondrous shift from human-doing to human-being.
Just do it! Just be it!

Good morning!
Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?
Look around and be grateful for all the gifts life gives you. Be happy!
Today is a good day to give thanks.
Give thanks for this life, this incredible adventure, this amazing opportunity to learn and teach. Give thanks for your health and that of your loved ones. Give thanks for your contagious optimism and positive attitude. Give thanks for the people you meet. Give thanks for smiling, making new friends, and making not only their day, but also yours better.
Remember that we cannot force ourselves to love. What we can do is to surrender to a Higher Force and allow Divine Love to flow through us. We can help by committing to express more love to everyone we meet. This is an honorable intent. We can also help by removing negative feelings that impede the Life Energy to flow freely through us.
Come to the realization that love is already in you, and that you don’t need to look for it anywhere else. Realize how important it is to choose loving responses. Be mindful, take your time, and ask yourself, “What would love have me do?”
Love yourself. Be your own best friend.
Realize that when you love others you are loving your own self, because we are all one. They are you. You are them.
Come to that point when you don’t have to do anything. All you have to do is to surrender and allow Love to do through you.

Today is a good day to remember who you really are and what you were brought here to do. Today is a good day to put yourself in motion to fulfill your destiny. Be courageous. Live the life that only you can live. Surrender and allow the Force to use you to give the gifts that must be given.
Today is a good day to remember that you are special, and that you must be treated with all the reverence you deserve. Be good to yourself, and demand others to treat you respectfully. Love yourself.
Today is a good day to remember that today is a very special day because it is the first day of the rest of your life. Today is this day, the only one you really have. Be here, now.
Today is a good day to remember that to be joyful is your birthright, so enjoy the beauty of this Garden and have fun in this Playground that was given to you.
Finally, today, and every day, is a good day to remember that mindfulness leads to gratefulness, and that gratefulness leads to happiness, so be mindful, be grateful, and be happy. Heaven in here if we want it to be.
Just be!
And know that you are loved.
