Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?

Look around with the eyes of the heart and see all the Magic, Mystery, and Miracles that are around you. This planet of ours is our Garden and Playground, and it is awesome. We are so fortunate to be here, aren’t we? We are in Heaven!

Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Today is a good day to think about abundance.

Don’t focus on what you don’t have, but appreciate and be grateful for what you have. Don’t focus on what you can’t do, but appreciate and be grateful for the things you can do.

Don’t compare yourself with others. Don’t feel less than anyone else. Don’t let someone else’s accomplishments and successes affect your self-esteem. Don’t feel intimidated by successful people. Who are you comparing yourself with? Who are you competing with? Why?

Give thanks for all you are, all you do, and all you have.

Don’t believe that someone else’s success diminishes your opportunities of experiencing success. Change your paradigm, and believe in inexhaustible abundance. This is an abundant Universe. There’s plenty for everybody. Believe that everyone can have everything, that everyone can be successful and happy, and that the success of others enhances your opportunities of experiencing success.

Be who you are. You are a child of the Universe. You have immense value, and you are successful already! Can’t you see it?

You bring a lot to the world when you are you. You are a blessing to all when you do not compare yourself with others, when you are centered in your own self, and sure of your own value. You are a beloved presence when you overcome the competitive mindset, refrain from being envious, and sincerely rejoice with the accomplishments and successes of others.

Choose to be happy.

Just do it!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Look around with the eyes of the heart and see all the beauty that surrounds you. There is Magic, Mystery and Miracles everywhere.

Today is a good day to think about relationships and kindness.

Encounters are magical, mysterious and miraculous. Through them we teach one another.

Treat everyone you meet with kindness, and don’t forget to be kind with your own self. Do so, and people will be kind with you. Others will treat you by observing the way you treat them, others, and yourself. Be kind. Demand kindness, and receive it.

Some people come into our lives just for a period of time, just to teach us the lessons we need to learn, or for us to teach them the lessons they need to learn. Coming together and growing apart are two sides of the same coin. When the time of separation comes, don’t feel bad; move on, knowing that the lessons have been taught.

Be kind.

Just do it.

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? We are surrounded by wonder, aren’t we? There’s beauty everywhere, right? We only have to look for it, and have the eyes to see it. So look for it! See it!

Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Today is a good day to reflect on our desires.

What have you been chasing? Where is your focus? Have you been looking for things outside of yourself to enhance the quality of your life? Or have you been looking inside?

We enhance the quality of our lives when we live more mindfully, when we treat each moment with reverence, and when we develop the ability to see that everything is magical, mysterious, and miraculous. We enhance the quality of our lives when we notice the Divine Presence in the world. The awareness of the Divine in everything changes our priorities and desires. In our unconscious, daily existence, what we think is real is an illusion, and what we think is an illusion is real. When we are aligned with the Life Force Energy, different desires are born in our hearts, and we realize that the things that we had been chasing before were illusions that would never provide us with lasting happiness. Before, we struggled to get what we wanted, but now that our desires are the desires the Universe has planted in our hearts, everything comes to life easily, without struggle.

The spiritual awareness changes our lives radically. It adds a sophisticated elegance to our lives, and inspires us to diminish the speed we move through life, be more grateful and kind, and be gentler with our own selves. This, in a nutshell, is what really enhances the quality of our lives.

Now that you were reminded of it, just do it!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Look around and see. There’s Magic, Mystery, and Miracles everywhere.

Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Today is a good day to practice the art of mindful living, and applying the C.A.R. method which stands for Catch, Acknowledge, and Release: Catch yourself thinking and feeling. Acknowledge the thoughts and emotions. Release them, gently.

So, today, observe yourself, and whenever you notice that you are agitated, catch the disturbing thoughts and emotions, acknowledge them — by taking a good look at them — and gently release them. By repeatedly doing so, you will gain control over your moods. Practicing to catch, acknowledge, and release will enhance the quality of your life immensely.

Thoughts trigger automatic reactions, but you can always pause, think, and choose the best responses. Be the master of the space between stimulus and response.

Just be it!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Look around with the eyes of the heart and see all the Magic, Mystery, and Miracles that surround you.

Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Today is a good day to reflect on the existence of two minds: the thinking and the non-thinking.

You are using your thinking mind, right now, to read these words, and make sense of what you are reading. The thinking mind is curious. It wants to know. It asks questions and wants answers. The thinking mind is wonderful and useful. It is a beautiful part of who you are.

But there is another dimension beyond the thinking mind that we fail to explore thoroughly. In that dimension there is a vast emptiness, and it is from that dimension that we can observe what is going on in the thinking mind. That is a dimension that I invite you to visit more often, and once there, I encourage you pay extreme attention. It is in that non-thinking space that we realize that there is a knowing that does not asks questions or seeks answers, a state of being that knows that questions and answers are not really important.

There is a space of thoughts and a space of emptiness. There is a space of knowledge and a space of knowing.

While the thinking mind strives to accumulate knowledge, the empty mind rests in peaceful wisdom. While the thinking mind separates and classifies, the empty mind sees an integral whole.

In those moments when you are able to detach yourself from yourself, and observe yourself — in those moments when you become aware of your thoughts and emotions — you are in another dimension. It is in that space that you operate as the Observer, the “I” who asks the question, “Who am I?”

There is a higher consciousness beyond the thinking mind. There is an all-knowing above the knowledge.

We don’t meet in the thinking minds; we meet in the space of emptiness. In that space, we experience unity and oneness. In that space, competition and conflict make no sense, while a nonviolent life of kindness, compassion, generosity and peace makes all the sense.

Spend more time in the non-thinking mind as the Observer.

Just do it, and you will enhance the quality of your life.

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? The Earth is still here, traveling through the Cosmos. The Sun is still here, warming us up. And we are still here, breathing and observing all the beauty that is around us. There is Magic, Mystery and Miracles everywhere. Isn’t all this incredible?

Be amazed! Be grateful! Be happy!

Today is a good day to enhance the quality of our lives by taking steps to simplify and release.

When life becomes too cumbersome, we need to simplify, and the way to begin is by acknowledging that we are carrying a load that we don’t need to carry anymore.

We have to recognize that we don’t need all the stuff that we have accumulated; we can let go with confidence, knowing that, in this world of abundance, more will be given to us along our journeys.

We don’t need to keep carrying our past personas, projecting images of who we were in the past. We are new individuals now. So be authentic, and show the world who you really are. Let go of lives that have played themselves out and do not serve you anymore.

We don’t need to keep telling the sad stories of our past suffering, or keep showing our wounds and scars. Realize how old these stories are, and how tired you are of telling them. Do not keep on carrying a load of stories that grew old and do not serve you anymore. Release these old stories and let them set you free. Choose to tell different stories, stories of success and joy, of gratitude and happiness.

Let go of the mistakes of the past. Let go of the memories of hurtful things people have done to you, and you have done to others and to your own self. Release those wounds of the past. Go beyond simply forgiving and forgetting; choose complete healing. The past is an illusion. It is gone. You are here, now. Be here, now.

Let go of relationships that do not enhance the quality of your life anymore. Evaluate the people you share your life with, and see if they build you up, or drag you down. Choose who you want to have by your side. Life is short.

You crossed the river, and the boat was useful to you. But you are in dry land now. Carrying the heavy boat will make your journey miserable, and will slow you down. Leave the boat behind, and proceed with ease and lightness. Don’t carry a boat that you don’t need anymore.

Acknowledge what may be holding you back, and let go of all the things that do not serve you anymore.

Simplify!

Just do it! And by doing it, enhance the quality of your life.

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?

Here we are, living on top of this spinning sphere whose surface is revolving at a speed of 1,000 miles per hour, moving around the Sun at a speed of 67,000 miles per hour, in our Solar System that is whirling around the center of our galaxy at 490,000 miles per hour.

How can one not be amazed? There is Magic all around us, Mystery everywhere, and Miracles happening all the time!

Let us be amazed, grateful and happy.

Let us truly wake up, pay attention, see all the beauty that surrounds us, and be aware of all that is going on. Let us remember to stay in the 4 A’s: Alive, Awake, Aware, and Alert.

Today is a good day to ask ourselves, “Who am I? What do I love? How do I live knowing that I will die? What are my gifts to the family of the Earth?”

Today is a good day to remember who you are, and what you were brought here to do, so do not lose yourself in the trivialities of life; do not allow the little problems to consume you. Realize that no matter how big you may think your problems are, they are nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Today is a good day to leave everything that does not serve you anymore behind, and go forward to live the life you are meant to live.

Life is so much more!

Just do it!
