Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Look around and see all the Magic, Mystery, and Miracles. Wonderful, isn’t it? Realize how blessed you are, and give thanks. Be grateful. Be grateful. Be grateful.

Today is a good day to reflect on what produces change of behavior.

Knowledge does not. You may know what is good and what is bad, but the knowledge alone does not necessarily makes you change your behavior. Only a personal insight followed by deep reflection can initiate the process of change. Inner personal transformation precedes external changes. From this inner insight, new and better lives can begin. You can commit to do what you know must be done for you be the best that you can be.

Practice to listen to your inner voice. Meditate. Practice mindfulness. Be mindful of your thoughts and emotions. Learn to acknowledge and let go of what may be disturbing your peace. Even better: learn to detect at the onset what may disturb your peace, so you can take action before the disturbance occurs. Practice! Practice! Practice! Do a little bit everyday. Practice the JFT technique; make a ‘Just For Today’ commitment, keep it, and see your life improve.

Be gentle with yourself.

You can do it. Just do it!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Close your eyes. Can you hear the silence? There is Magic, Mystery, and Miracles all around you, can you feel it? Feel blessed, and be grateful.

Today is a good day to experience freedom, freshness, and focus. Today is a good day to feel free from concerns, to feel fresh and full of vitality and vigor, and extremely focused and productive.

Begin your day by visiting your place of silence, quiet, and peace. Feel peaceful, relaxed, and safe. Observe the rhythm of your breathing. Slow down and feel calmer and calmer. Breathe all preoccupation, tension, and stress out. Breathe peace and ease in. Feel completely relaxed and free from worries. As you breathe, feel all good things coming to you, and all bad things moving away from you, as waves coming to the shore; in and out, back and forth. Feel serenity, joy, ease, and lightness moving through your body and your mind, making you feel better and better. Feel more and more relaxed and refreshed, calmly releasing everything that does not serve you. Now feel abundance flowing into your life and blessing you. Accept this gift. Feel how good it feels to live with this constant flow of all that is good in your life. See yourself living your ideal life. Allow abundance to bless you. Invite overflowing fullness into your life. Feel confident, knowing that all that is good flows effortlessly to and through you. Feel happy, content, and satisfied. Feel refreshed and relaxed. Feel free, fresh and focused.

Get joy out of your work today. Everything you do today, do it in a focused manner. Put your attention in what you are doing. Do everything slowly and quietly. Extract joy from the doing.

Go on and have a wonderful day. Bless everyone you meet with gifts of freedom, freshness, and focus. Your positive attitude, your optimism, your care for what you do, the attention you give to others, these are all gifts to the world. You are special! You are a gift to the world!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Close your eyes, and feel the breeze. Can you hear the birds singing? There is Magic, Mystery, and Miracles all around you. Take it all in, and be happy. Enjoy the gifts, and be grateful.

Today is a good day to renew your commitments:

– Just for today, I will be grateful.
– Just for today, I will not worry.
– Just for today, I will be free from all fear.
– Just for today, I will forgive myself for all my mistakes.
– Just for today, I will not anger.
– Just for today, I will not hold any ill-feelings toward others.
– Just for today, I will be authentic and completely honest with others and myself.
– Just for today, I will accept losses as part of life.
– Just for today, I will do at least a little bit of the things I don’t want to do, but know I have to.
– Just for today, I will be gentle with myself, and do at least a little bit of what I like to do.
– Just for today, I will be kind.
– Just for today, I will let go of the attachments that impede my Connection, Communication, and Communion with the Source of Life Energy.

Just do it! Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Begin a new life today. Fill yourself with vitality, optimism, and courage. Take charge and set yourself free!

Just do it, and enjoy a better life.

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?

Look around. I’m serious. Look around. Wait a minute! Don’t jump ahead. I insist. Pause, and look around. What do you see?

Be aware of your surroundings. Be aware of where you are. Be aware of what you are doing. Be aware of who you are. Be aware of the Here-Now. Be aware.

Look around and see all the Magic, all the Mystery, and all the Miracles that surround you. Be aware and acknowledge the Divine Presence that is everywhere.

Stay in the Here-Now. Find all that you want in this moment. This moment is complete. This moment is enough in itself. Put an end to the habit of being here physically, but being somewhere else mentally. Stop wanting the next thing. Stop wanting more.

Look. Listen. Taste. Smell. Touch. Feel. Be aware of this present moment. Be here, now. Put your attention in what you are doing. Walk with attention. Drive with attention. Eat with attention. Read with attention.

Look. See. What are the things that you don’t see anymore? What are the sounds you don’t hear anymore? What are you noticing now, that you haven’t noticed in a long while?

Now, pause and ask yourself, “Can I be the observer of my inner state?” Today is a good day to practice self-awareness. Be the one who watches, the one who notices, the one who observes.

Be aware. Just be!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it?

Take a moment to think about the good things in your life, and be grateful for all things, even the most ordinary ones. Give thanks for everything, and don’t complain about anything. Rejoice. Be happy.

Today is a good day to reflect about life. Think about the vastness of the Universe. Think about birth and death, and the never-ending cycle of transmutation. Be aware of the Divine Energy that is present in all things. Look with the eyes of the heart and see who you are beyond your body and your story. Remove the obstacles within you: your sense of guilt, your anger, your lack of authenticity. Forgive yourself, love yourself, and allow the Life Force Energy to flow freely and manifest wonders in this world through you.

Today is a good day to practice being aware of your thoughts and emotions. Meditate, and live mindfully. Practice to observe what you are thinking and feeling.

Today is a good day to learn to be more present, by observing stillness and presence. Take time to observe Nature. Nature is always present, always in the here-now, and teaches us to simply be.

Today is a good day to let go of a life that has played itself out and does not serve you anymore.

Today is a good day to accept the call to adventure and follow your bliss.

Today is a good day to remember who you are and what you were brought here to do. Put energy in being your best self, and in giving your greatest contribution to the world.

Today is a good day to take action to simplify your life, so you can focus on living, loving, learning, laughing, and leaving a legacy.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life, and it is s good day. Enjoy it! Make of it the best day ever!

Good morning!

Today is another beautiful day in paradise, isn’t it? Look around and see all the beauty that surrounds you. Be thankful. Be happy.

Today is a good day to practice attaining a clear mind.

Practice to observe what is going on in your mind. Do this not only during your times of meditation, but also during other times of the day as well. Just remember to pause and observe.

What is going on in your mind? Think of minds as machines that never stop creating thoughts. Without our focused awareness, those machines increase their operating speed creating more and more thoughts.

Imagine a large group of little and very agile monkeys in the forest. Imagine they moving in all directions, jumping from branch to branch, from tree to tree. Imagine that each little monkey is a thought of yours. You look at all this scene and all you see is agitation. All monkeys look pretty much the same, don’t they? But what happens when you stop, and look at one single monkey? Can you notice the particular features of that monkey? Does the monkey stop and look back at you? Do the other monkeys become intrigued and less active? Or maybe because you are paying attention to this one monkey, whatever the other monkeys may be doing becomes less important to you? Could that be?

The questions you should ask yourself are, “Am I aware of what I am thinking? What am I giving my attention to? What am I going to give my attention to?”

Choose your monkeys wisely.

Grow your capacity to be aware of what is going on in your mind. Practice and you will develop the ability to discern, focus, and make better choices. Practice and you will attain a clarity that will increase the quality of your life.

Discernment, focus, clarity, and control of the mind are yours.

Practice to observe. Just observe. Do it gently, and enjoy the process. Smile.

You can do it. Just do it!

Good morning!

Today is another amazing day in Paradise, isn’t it? Pause and absorb all the serenity that surrounds you. The enjoyment of your passage here on Earth is very much under your power; you can choose if you are going to notice beauty or ugliness during your days. If you predispose yourself to see beauty and good in all things, life will be immeasurably more pleasurable.

Today is a good day to remember who you really are, and what you were brought here — to this Earth — to do.

First of all, recognize that you are not your physical body; you are more than it. In fact, realize that you have occupied many physical forms during your life: a newborn baby, a toddler, a child, a teenager, an adult. You, like everybody and everything else, are in a process of constant physical transformation, and who you really are is that entity that observes the transformation, and exists independent of your physical form.

Your physical body is just a vehicle through which you give expression to who and what you really are. The measure of your success is given by your ability to express who you really are. The history of your journey on Earth is a mere collection of the successes and failures you had in expressing your true nature. So dare to follow your bliss; take the risk, and accept the call to do what you are being called to do.

And as you follow the journey to live who you really are, dare to be seen;
don’t play it small. Your contribution matters. Do it without worries; you are going to succeed some times and fail others, but that’s not important. You are going to learn and teach. And, most of all, you will be living your life, not someone else’s life, and that’s huge!

Just do it, and have a great time.
