Daily Reflections – Week 12

March 20March 20

Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in heaven, isn’t it? Let us rejoice and be grateful. As always, I invite you to meditate. Go to your place of peace, and whenever you catch yourself engaging with your thoughts, gently come back to the present moment by mentally reciting a sacred word, or bringing your attention back to your breathing. Gently release your thoughts. Let them float down the river. Today I invite you to think about the creation of your own life and your connections with other human beings. Where did you come from? Where were you before you were born? Where were you before your mother and father met? Did you exist in some way, shape, or form before you showed up on this planet in a physical body? Think about your connection with all your ancestors. Reflect about the time you were being formed in your mother’s womb. Think about your deep connection with her. Pause and express your gratitude for what she did for you. Honor her. Send her love. If necessary, forgive her, forgive yourself, and repair the relationship. Forgive her mistakes, and yours, and realize that we, all of us, are learning all the time, and that erring is an integral part of this process. In your mind, see both of you smiling and sharing expressions of affection. Now think about relationships and connections in general. How much are we separated from one another, and how much are we one? Go forth and try to see your own self in everyone and everything today. May this realization fill you with wonder and joy. Good morning! Today is a good day to feel good, and to make someone else feel good, isn’t it? So, be kind and generous. Listen and help someone. Pass good vibes around. Smile and spread some optimism. Give someone a hug. Create something beautiful. Soften someone else’s heart. Do something that will make other people feel good. Today is also a good day for you to be a world-changer. So, do something today that will help bring Heaven to Earth. Do something that will bring about fairness, solidarity, justice and peace for all. Do something that will help our Spaceship Earth. You may think that your thoughts, words, and actions are insignificant, but even the tiniest drops create ripples that travel far, very far. Every little thing you think, say, and do builds up our world. So, choose wisely in order to create Heaven right here on Earth. Namaste.

Good morning! Today is such a beautiful day, isn’t it? We live in a beautiful planet, don’t we? Let us rejoice and be happy! Today is a good day to practice seeing beauty. See it and be grateful. See it, and help others see it as well. Today is a good day to spread gratitude, serenity, and optimism. Pause for a moment, go to your place of peace, and give thanks. Make a commitment to live in the here-now, and find peace in it. Put attention in whatever you may be doing, and do it with love. Be the carrier of uplifting messages to everyone you meet. Let everyone know that “Everyday, in every way, things are getting better, better, and better.” You are the messenger of the good news the next person you meet has desperately been waiting for. You are a life saver. Namaste.

Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Let us be grateful and happy. Today is a good day to recommit to a diligent daily discipline. Go to the center of your being, and get energized to do what you know you have to do. In silence and solitude, find the wisdom and the courage to do what is necessary to bring fairness and peace to our world. We can come up with better ways of living on this planet, ways through which all of us can have fair opportunities to grow to be the best that we can be, and give our best contributions to the world community. We can organize ourselves to live on this planet so everyone can share the fruits of creation, and live safe, joyful, and peaceful lives. We can bring Heaven to Earth. We can do it. You can do it. The world needs us. The world needs you. Go forth and give your contribution to create a better way! Namaste.

Good morning! Today is a good day in Paradise, isn’t it? Let us be grateful and happy. Today is a good day to be alive and mindful, so minimum sleepwalking today, OK? Today is a good day to accept life as it is, and also to not accept it as it is, so you can create a better life for yourself and everyone else. Today is a good day to realize that we all have two big projects that demand our attention: our personal transformation and the transformation of society. So, do the things you know will help you wake up and see beyond what you currently see: meditate, accept life as it is in the present moment, live mindfully, be authentic, and follow your bliss. This will allow you to experience Oneness. This enlightened state will curb your egoism and individualism, and will enhance your compassion. Empathy, then, will compel you to not accept life as it is, and will move you to engage in the work of bringing about a world of justice, fairness, equality, and solidarity. This new consciousness will lead you to work for the greater good, and come up with better ways of living together while preserving this beautiful planet. So, believe that everybody can have a dignified life. Believe that we can do away with violence and live in peace. Believe that we can bring Heaven to Earth if we so desire. We can do it. Remember then that your mission is twofold: personal and societal transformation. Go forth. Change yourself and change the world. You can do it! Namaste.

Good morning. Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Let us be grateful, and prepare ourselves to offer our good gifts to the world. I invite you to reflect on acceptance and non-acceptance today. Begin your day by being grateful and accepting what life has given you. Immerse yourself in the Here-Now and feel that in this present moment everything is perfect. Feel right now, right in this moment, that you don’t have any problems. Be thankful. Practice total acceptance of the Now, and don’t desire anything to be different. Cultivate these feelings of acceptance and gratitude, and feel your tranquility expanding. Now, look at your life and at the world and see that there is room for improvement. Is there something calling you? If so, get ready to do what you know you have to do. But before taking action, go to the center of your being, to that place located beyond your thinking mind, that place where worries and fear do not exist, that place where you feel calm, centered, balanced, and safe. Stay there in silence and solitude for a while. Now, let all your thoughts, words, and actions come from that place of peace. You are inspired now. You are ready now. Go forth and do it. Just do it! Namaste.

Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Look around and see the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles, and give thanks. Today is a good day to practice restraining your compulsion to compare yourself with others. What is the point of envying someone? No one can know another person completely. The images of success another person projects may not be real. Envying doesn’t help you; it just makes you feel bad. So, today, catch yourself in those moments of comparison and envy, and choose to redirect your thoughts. No matter how much you may have, wanting will always make you feel poor. No matter how little you may have, giving thanks will always make you feel rich. Feel grateful for the much life has given you. Life is good. Can you feel it? Go forth and bless the world with your inner peace. Namaste.

March 13

March 13. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Today is a good day to share your unique gifts with the world. Today is a good day to use your talents to create a masterpiece. Rise and shine! Make something today that will touch many hearts. Create a new thought that will bring Heaven to Earth. Imagine a bright future and promote a new paradigm that will bring harmony, solidarity and peace to the world. Develop a song that will inspire people to be the best they can be. Create, create, create, and bless the world with your creation. You are limitless. You are the bringer of good news. You are talented and powerful beyond belief. You are the one everyone has been waiting for. Now, come to the Here-Now and bring humanity to live in the present with you. You are the one. Let your love and light shower the world. Namaste.

March 14. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Today is a good day to reflect about effort and consider that many things are achieved not through hard work and effort, but through releasing and letting go. Think about it. Think about those instances when you tried very hard but didn’t get what you wanted, and remember the times when you stopped trying and what you wanted came to you. Today is a good day to give yourself some rest. Today is a good day to take the day off. Today is a good day to be gentle with yourself. Today is a good day to simply relax. Don’t do anything, just be. Don’t demand anything. Don’t desire anything to be different. Don’t ask for anything. Just give thanks and rejoice with the many things that came to you and are with you in the Here-Now. Don’t reject the gifts. Don’t treat the Now as a mere stepping stone on the way to a future when, as your imagination tells you, everything will be better and you will be fulfilled. Remember that the Now is all that there is, was, and will ever be. So, enjoy every moment and appreciate the presents in the present. Namaste.

March 15. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Let us be grateful and joyful. Today is a good day to reflect on who you are, and who you are not. You are not your thoughts. You are not your past. You are not your pain, your suffering, your wounds, your drama. You are not the story you tell about yourself. You are not your power, your position, your prestige, or your possessions. You are not your titles. You are not your accomplishments. You are not your accumulated knowledge. You are not your relationships. You are not the people you know. You are not the one who feels something is missing. You are not the one who feels incomplete and wants more time to acquire something else, accomplish something else, learn something else, experience something else. You are not the one who wants to be someone else. In summary, you are not who you think you are. You are much more than all this. All these thoughts are your ego, and you are much more than your ego. So, pause and reflect about it all. Today is a good day to go deep, very deep, to that place of peace inside yourself, and experience that consciousness that resides beyond your thinking mind. Realize who you are not in order to realize who you truly are. And then experience freedom, tranquility and joy as you never experienced before. Go forth and free yourself now! Namaste.

March 16. Good morning. Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Today is a good day to visit that place of serenity that lies beyond the unstoppable river of thoughts that is constantly running through your head. Pause for a moment and imagine the agitated surface of a lake on a windy day and how serene the lake is below that rough surface. Imagine also a dark clouded stormy afternoon and how clear and serene the sky is above those clouds. Today is a good day to dive deep in that lake or fly high above those clouds. Today is a good day to practice to find calm beyond agitation and experience serenity. You can do it! Go forth and visit that realm of tranquility many times during this day, and be the peaceful one who brings peace to the world. Namaste.

March 17. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day in this beautiful, cosmic, revolving sphere we live on, isn’t it? Let us pause and breathe in all the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles, and give thanks for everything! Feel the breeze. Feel the sun warming up your skin. See branches, leaves, and blades of grass dancing with the wind. See the shadows and the light. Listen to the birds. Witness Nature renewing itself. Today is a good day to be the Watcher, the Observer, the Witness of your thoughts, and, in doing so, connect with the present moment. Today is a good day to practice not engaging with obsessive thinking. Today is a good day to gently get out of your head and be here, now. Today is a good day to diminish the power of the ego. Today, if this makes any sense to you, try to do less and be more. Today, if this makes any sense to you, try to go throughout your day, doing all the many things you have to do, without ever leaving your place of meditation. You are free! You are a blessing to the world! Your peaceful nature brings peace to us all. Thank you. Namaste.

March 18

March 18. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Paradise, isn’t it? Let us be grateful and enjoy this beautiful garden and awesome playground that was given to us. Today is another good day to think about the people in your life. Here’s what you should do: go to your inner room, to that place of peace inside, and ask yourself, “Who rises me up? Who pulls me down?” Listen to what is revealed to you in the silence, and gently walk away from negative, confrontational, judgmental, fault-finding, energy-draining people. You know who they are. Surround yourself with positive, accepting, optimistic, uplifting, supportive, collaborative, joy-sharing individuals. You can do it; you have the power to do so. Now that you have done that, give thanks for all the teachers in your life, the ones who teach you what to do, and also, particularly, the ones who, through their behavior, teach you what not to do. In your imagination, surround all of them with a loving light, even those who bring out resistance in you, those who temporarily obstruct your connection with the Source, those who push your buttons and make your ego act out. Now, pause again, and take some time to go to the center of your being to experience your essential nature, the one that resides beyond your ego. Realize that no one can harm your essential nature. And since no one can harm it, there’s no need to defend yourself or attack anyone. Can you sense this reality? Nothing can hurt you. No one can wound you. It’s such a liberating feeling, isn’t it? So pause for a moment and ask yourself, “What kind of person am I? Am I a negative, confrontational, judgmental, fault-finding, energy-draining individual?” If so, choose to transcend the identification with your ego, that collection of ideas you have about yourself. Remember that you are not your thoughts. You are not the story you tell about yourself. You are not who you think you are. Rise above the ego and become the most harmony-promoting person you can be. You can do it! You, this awakened individual, is the bringer of the change you want to see in the world! Namaste.

March 19. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Today is a good day to reflect on acceptance and non-acceptance. Can you accept the present moment? Are you able to accept “what is?” Or are you permanently dissatisfied with your present condition? Are you constantly telling yourself, “this is not it?” Are you unendingly seeking something else to fulfill a void in you? Are you putting your hopes in a future situation when hopefully things will be better? Are you seeking to be someone else? Today is a good day to be in the Here-Now and enjoy its many gifts. Pause, go to the silence, to that place beyond frenetic thinking, and find contentment. Listen to the birds singing. Feel the breeze. Be here, now. Namaste.

Daily Reflections – Week 10

March 06

March 6. Good morning! Today is a good day to think about those individuals you have problems with. Think of them as your prisoners and choose one of them to pardon and release today. Go to your place of peace, tame your ego, and then ask yourself, “What are the behaviors in him that bother me? Can I understand why he acts the way he does? Can I understand why he is the way he is? Can I accept him as he is? Can I feel his pain? Can I see him as a little child? Can I give my love to this child? Can I bless him with good wishes?” Today is a good day to make peace. No more judgement. No more condemnation. No more anger. No more hatred. Today is s good day to decide not to carry this weight any longer. Today is a good day to set yourself free from carrying all this unnecessary load. Forgiveness will set you free. Set him free and experience freedom. Release him and you will not be a prisoner anymore. You are free. You are light. You are love. You are better. Let go of your grudge and have another amazing day. Namaste. ~ Piero

March 7. Good morning. Let start this day with gratitude. Today is another day in Heaven. The adventure continues. Who will you meet today? What will you learn? And what lessons will you refuse to learn? What will you teach today? Who will accept and who will reject your gifts? Who will learn from you today? Pay attention. Be alert. Be humble. Be teachable. Be respectful. Be patient. Be kind. Listen. Everyone holds a piece of the truth. Now go forth and have a wonderful day. Namaste.

March 8. Good morning. It’s another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Let us pause and become aware of the Magic, the Mystery and the Miracles that surround us and be grateful and happy. Today is a good day to reflect upon our relationships. Today is a good day to go to the center of our beings, to that place of quiet, peace, and honesty, and ask ourselves, “What kind of friend am I? Am I kind? Am I patient? Am I loving? Do I support my friends on their journeys to be the best that they can be? Do I look for the best in them? Do I rejoice with their growth? Do I help them bring out the best in them? Do I help them augment the shining power of their lights so they can better illuminate the world? Do I praise and encourage them? Or do I hold them back with my criticism, fault finding, and censorship? Am I, maybe unconsciously and unintentionally, placing obstacles on their paths and inhibiting their growth?” Think about it and decide to be the best supporter you can be. Now go out and help everyone you meet today feel good about themselves. Make everyone feel that they are special. Help them realize how much good they bring to the world. Be the one who helps them gain speed, not the one who slows them down. Lift them up and they will lift you up. Soar in the heights with them. It’s a wonderful feeling, isn’t it? It’s a wonderful view from above, isn’t it? Enjoy the view. Enjoy the feeling. Enjoy your day. Namaste.

March 9. Good morning! Today is a good day to practice mindfulness, the art of mindful living. Begin with meditation. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and bring your awareness to your breathing. Pay attention to your body as you breathe. As your attention gravitates away from your breathing — as you notice that you are thinking about something that is not in the present moment — gently release that thought and bring your awareness back to your breathing. Keep doing this for the entire period of meditation. As you go about your day, practice observing your thoughts and bringing your awareness back to the here-now. Be mindful of what you are thinking, feeling, saying, and doing. Observe yourself. Gently bring your awareness to your breathing; this will help you redirect your awareness to the Now. Practice. This will bring you peace. You will be able to notice the many blessings you constantly receive. You will become aware of the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles that surround us. You will expand your feelings of gratitude. You will feel whole, perfect and complete. You will feel happy, content and satisfied. Come to the Now. Breathe. Now. You are having a perfect moment. Now. Namaste.

March 10

March 10. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Paradise. Let us be grateful and happy. Today is a good day to practice returning to the Now. The Now is all that there is. Nothing ever happened in the past; it always happened in the Now. Nothing will ever happen in the future; it will always happen in the Now. The Now is all that there is. We must stop treating the present as a stage in the journey for an imagined better future, as means to an end. Don’t wait to start living. Come back to the Here-Now and live. Today is a good day to practice mindfulness and reduce the unnecessary thinking. Observe your thoughts and gently refrain from engaging with memories and imaginations. Gently release them. Let them go. Come back to the Here-Now. You can do this, for instance, by observing your breathing and returning to that place of peace that you have visited during your periods of meditation. Another way is by paying attention and acknowledging the Magic, the Mystery and the Miracles that surround us. As much as possible, return and stay in the Now. Practice and you will be happier and healthier. Now go forth and bless the world with your present moment peace. Namaste.

March 11. Good morning! Another beautiful day in Heaven, isn’t it? Today is a good day to practice to be consciously present. As much as possible, be aware of the Here-Now. Practice to observe your thoughts and come back to the Now. Pay attention! Be alert! Be mindful. Liberate yourself from the pain of the past and the anxiety about the future. Gently release your thoughts and come back to the Now, over and over again. Today, you will have a great day full of many mindful moments. Enjoy! Namaste.~ Piero

March 12. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day right here in Heaven, isn’t it? Today is a good day to reflect about the future. Begin this reflection considering that the future is a construction of your imagination, a collection of thoughts, a bundle of desires and worries. Remember that everything happens in the now. All future events, whenever they will happen, will be happening in the now. So, the way to accomplish a better life, a better world, a better future, is by staying and making conscious choices in the Now. The Now is all that exists, all that existed, and all that will ever exist. So, pause, breathe, and come back to the present moment. Be the silent observer of life, of your thoughts. See how they drag you to the past and the future. Gently release them; let them go so you can be mindfully present. Now, look around and see beauty all around you. Look beyond what you see and see the invisible using the eyes of the heart. Be present and enjoy the journey. Pause and become aware of the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles. Give thanks for everything. The better life you desire, the better world you dream of, is being created right now through your mindfulness and the wise choices you make. Pay attention and choose carefully. Now go forth and create a better life and a better world. Namaste.

Daily Reflections – Week 9

February 27February 27, 2015. Good morning! The sun is shining again on this side of the planet providing the warmth we need to stay alive. Let us be grateful for the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles. Today is a good day to be optimistic. Even if you can’t see it now, know that as long as you are living an authentic life, pursuing your highest purpose to be here, all pieces will fall in their right places and everything will come together at the right time. So, be full of hope and confidence. You are creating your masterpiece, and everything is coming your way! Namaste. ~ Piero

February 28February 28, 2015. Good morning! Today is a good day to think about how to make life in this planet better for all. So here’s something to consider. Each person’s awakening contributes to the change. Each personal transformation contributes to the shift. If you want to make the world a better place, work on your own self diligently. Go to your place of peace. Practice mindfulness. See beauty around you. Believe in a better world. Share visions of a better tomorrow. Help others on their journeys of achieving a new, expanded consciousness knowing that one day the collective consciousness will change. Be the change you want to see in the world. Namaste. ~ Piero

It’s time to move on. Go to the center of your being, imagine your best life, and feel how good it feels. Now think… What do you have to do to improve your life? Make your plan and gently execute it, one little task at a time. Do the things you know are good for you. You are beginning your new life right now. Wonderful, isn’t it? So, go ahead. Do it! March 02March 2, 2015. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day in Paradise. Today is a good day to pay attention to your thoughts and acknowledge them. If you catch yourself immersed in negative thoughts and emotions gently work your way out. Fear will not help you. Regret will not help you. Anger, condemnation, and doubt will not help you. When you catch yourself in that space, pause, take a deep breath, go to your place of peace, and say to yourself, “Just for today, I will be grateful. Just for today, I will not worry. Just for today, I will not get angry. Just for today, I will be authentic and honest with myself and all others. Just for today, I will be kind, generous, patient, loving and forgiving.” Now go forth to have a great day. Make it a great day. Make it the best day ever! Namaste. ~ Piero

March 03March 3, 2015. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day on this little planet of ours that continues its trip through infinity. Here we are again. Today is a good day to think about the ego, this entity that makes us believe that we are separate beings, detached from others, and that likes to think of itself as something better than the rest, something grand and special. What a paradox! Yes, we, each one of us, are grand, unique and special, but not in the sense the ego wants us to believe. The ego wants power, prestige, position and possessions. We must be cautious when we detect ourselves feeling “better than.” This is a perilous game the small ego likes to play to feel important. We must face this arrogance with humility, this presumptuousness with humbleness, this self-righteousness with modesty, and this closed certainty with open doubt. Today, let us think about the brevity of our physical existences. Let us not feed the small ego by giving ourselves too much importance. Today, practice to observe your ego — and the ego of others — in action, and see the problems and the damage they produce. Learn from this observation, and have a great day! Namaste. ~ Piero

March 04March 4, 2015. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day. This is the day that was given to us. Let us accept this present with enthusiasm and gratitude and make it a great day. Today is a good day to reflect about the inner work that enhances our consciousness, and transforms us and the world. Today is a good day to seriously evaluate how assiduously we have been practicing the transformative mind-enhancing techniques we have learned. And if we haven’t yet, today is a good day to recommit to a Diligent Daily Discipline. Everyday give yourself the gift of the practice of meditation, creative visualizations, positive affirmations, and the Just For Today technique. Everyday, treat yourself as someone very special who deserves and commands special treatment. Remember “Nu.R.S.E” and fill your days with excellent Nutrition, Rest, Stretching and Exercise. Taking good care of yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give humanity. Be a living example and live your best life now. Show others the wonderful life they too can live if they adopt a Diligent Daily Discipline. Now go out and have another amazing day. Namaste. ~ Piero

March 05March 5, 2015. Good morning! Today is another beautiful day in Heaven. Let us be grateful for it. Today is a good day to remember who you are and what you were brought here to do. Go to the center of your being, find peace in the silence, and ask yourself, “Who am I? Why am I here? What is my highest purpose in life? What is the contribution I came here to give?” Listen to the answers in the whispers. Now, knowing the answers, be who you are meant to be, go do what you are being called to do. Remember that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Remember that you are powerful, and that you are never alone. Allow the Divine Intelligence to work in you, and through you to bring blessings to the world. Simply, allow. Now, go forth, go be of service, and have another amazing day.
