Life is a succession of present moments and I choose to be peaceful in this present moment. I let go of all fear, worry and anxiety, right here, right now.
I am practicing “Present Moment Peace.”
I am awake and alert.
In this present moment, I am aware of what is happening and what I am thinking and feeling.
Thoughts and emotions are like visitors; I decide which ones I invite to be my guests. I invite peaceful thoughts and emotions to stay, and gently ask the disturbing ones to leave.
I choose to feel good, happy and peaceful in this present moment, and by doing so, I manifest a good life.
