I am awake, aware and alert.
I am living mindfully and practicing “Present Moment Awareness.”
I am aware that life is a succession of present moments, that this present moment is all that exists, and that I am living in this present moment.
I am aware of what is happening in this present moment. I am aware of what I am thinking in this present moment. I am aware of how I am feeling in this present moment.
In this present moment, I choose to keep positive thoughts and release negative ones. In this present moment, I choose to keep the good feelings and let the not so good ones go. I choose to feel good, happy and peaceful in this present moment. And by doing so, I manifest a good life.
