Aren’t you feeling better already? Have a great day! Namaste. ~ Piero

January 28, 2015. Good morning! Another beautiful day in Heaven. The Earth keeps spinning around and traveling through the Cosmos, and is doing all this without demanding any help from us. Isn’t that a miracle? Today I am thinking about all the invisible help that we get. I am thinking about the divine support on our journeys. I am thinking about the many visible and invisible Angels that are guiding, helping and supporting us. We are not alone. Never. Can you feel their presence? Have faith. Have hope. Believe. We are loved and supported. Do not worry. Be not afraid. Everything is and will be alright. Feel the Love that supports us and the Light that guides and warms us. We are already having a great day. Let us go out and make every moment of this day a wonderful, memorable moment. Namaste. ~ Piero
All the most influential peacemakers and social changers had a practice of silence: Thoreau, Gandhi, Howard Thurman, Martin Luther King, Jr., the Dalai Lama, Thomas Merton, Thich Nhat Hanh, Thomas Keating… they all had prayer, silence, meditation, contemplation as part of their daily lives.
It’s in the silence that we reach an elevated and expanded consciousness. It’s in the silence that we go beyond the illusions and stories, and get to know who we really are. It’s in the silence that we touch our common essence and go beyond what separates us to realize what unites us. It’s in the silence that we transcend our loyalties to our tribes and realize that we are human and divine before we are anything else. It’s in the silence that we move from egoism to altruism, from individuality to community. It’s in the silence that we realize that we are all in this together, that we are all connected, that we are one. It is the silence that we get that we are all in the same spaceship — Spaceship Earth.
It’s in the silence that we realize that this is a place of abundance, and that we can organize ourselves to live on this planet in new ways through which everyone can have dignified lives, free from man-inflicted lack, pain or suffering. It’s in the silence that we realize that this is our Garden and Playground. It’s in the silence that we realize that this is Heaven, if we want it to be.
A new consciousness emerges in the silence. The end of the impetus to compete, conquer, dominate, subjugate and accumulate; the end of the impulse to pursue power in order to control, oppress and exploit; the end of prejudice and tribalism; the end of aggression and violence; the end of injustices and abject poverty; the end of indifference and neglect… All the above comes from inner work, from a practice of silence.
The understanding that we are all in this together; altruism, empathy and compassion; forgiveness, acceptance and tolerance; cooperation and collaboration; patience, generosity, kindness, love, nonviolence, tranquility and peace; respect for the environment and for all sentient beings; respect and service to others… All these wonderful insights are experienced by those who practice the cultivation of wisdom through moments of introspection in silence, stillness, and solitude.
The Silence allows us to see the Magic, the Mystery, and the Miracles. We look at the same things, but now we see what we were not able to see before. Now, we feel awake, alert, attentive, aware, appreciative, and alive. We feel like little children, discovering the world and living in a state of awe.
January 15, 2015. Good morning! Here we are again: another day in our lives. This is the day that was given to us, the only one we actually have. Let us rejoice and be happy! I invite you to go to the gap — the space between the thoughts — and touch the inner peace that resides in the quiet. Let us enjoy this day with gratitude and fearlessness. Namaste!
January 16, 2015. Good morning! In this part of the world where I live the sun is now shining on a clear blue sky. Just beautiful! So much to be grateful for. Stay positive. Practice optimism. You are precious and the Universe knows it. Love yourself and know that you are loved. I love you. Namaste.~ Piero

January 20, 2015. Good morning! It’s another beautiful day. Our little globe keeps rotating around itself and traveling throughout infinity! What a miracle! Today is a good day to remember that the Universe brings about what we want in unexpected ways. So, have clear desires but leave the details of how what you want will come about to the Universe. Detach from the outcomes. Just live in the here-now knowing that every good thing is coming your way. Namaste. ~ Piero
January 21, 2015. Good morning! Greens and blues! A beautiful blue sky on this part of the world where I live today. Let us be aware of the Energy that creates everything. Let us connect with this intelligent, loving, healing energy. Let us allow it to run freely through us. Relax. Feel it… The Force is with you. Feel it. Allow it to guide you. January 9, 2015. Another day on this beautiful planet! Today is a good day to promote peace. Today is a good day to embrace diversity, promote unity, and create community. I am a promoter of peace. I bring different tribes together to those places of non-judgment and acceptance, where we all realize that what unites us is immensely bigger than what separates us. Join me. Come to this place of understanding and bliss. Have a peaceful day! Namaste.
January 10, 2015. Good morning! Another beautiful morning walking in silence for peace with my fellow Peace Walkers. A clear sky and a cold breeze moving the leaves. Pure perfection! Enough! Peace.
January 11, 2015. 1/11. 1, 11, 111… Beautiful numbers. Good morning! Here I am… Another joyful and exciting sunrise watch. Another beautiful day in our beautiful garden and playground. Wishing you a day full of feelings of gratitude. Cherish life and friends. Have a great day! Namaste.
January 12, 2015. Good morning! It all begins with gratitude. So, if you want to have another great day, give thanks. Say to yourself, “Just for today, I will be grateful!” This attitude — attitude of gratitude — makes any day a better one. Let’s do it! Let’s have a great day!
January 13, 2015. Today is a good day to love yourself. Today is a good day to accept yourself. Today is a good day to rejoice with whom you are. There’s no need to prove anything. There’s no need to compete. There’s no need to rush, finish first, or defeat anyone. Actually, the one who wins today is the one who spots more miracles. Therefore, move slowly, look around, and savor the beauty. Enjoy this day that was given to you. Nothing is required of you today, except for you to be content, happy, and grateful with who you are. Stop comparing yourself with others, putting yourself down, or feeling unworthy. Realize that you are wonderful just the way you are. You are worth of much love. You are a child of the Universe. You are a wonderful creation. Know that you are loved. Namaste.
January 14, 2015. Good morning! Another beautiful day in our beautiful planet. Another day that was given to us. Let’s use it wisely. Today’s gray skies in this part of the planet where I live invite me to meditate. I go to the center of my being and touch the silent peace within. I invite you to do the same. Go to the center, harvest peace in the silence, and bring it to the world. Remember… you are a peacemaker, you are the bringer of peace. Thank you for that. Namaste.
“The day everyone opened their hearts and became charitable, charity became unnecessary.”
OK. Good news, finally! Charity is no longer needed. Government sponsored programs, fundraisers, donations, and all other forms of charitable initiatives used to raise money to help the poor are no longer necessary. Poverty, homelessness, and hunger have been eradicated from the face of the Earth. We finally came to our senses, and came up with better ways of organizing ourselves to live on this planet.
Oppression and exploitation of workers in general, and of women, minors, immigrants, minorities, and of people living in underdeveloped areas of the world in particular, is over. All forms of slavery are ancient history. Sweat shops are completely gone. Work is valued and well rewarded. One member of the family working no more than 40 hours a week is now not only able to provide for all the needs of his or her family, but also able to save money for a comfortable retirement. Both parents do not have to leave their homes and work extended hours in multiple on-call, part-time, low-paying jobs as they did in the past to make ends meet. As a result, we now have less stressed-out parents, healthier families, better children, better citizens, and less social problems.
Better salaries led to an increase in demand of goods and services and a reduction in joblessness. The young population is now finding other forms, besides work as we knew it, of contributing to society with their talents and skills. This gives them renewed hope to invest and build a future for themselves. Upward social mobility, that had almost completely disappeared, is back now, and investing time and money in higher education makes sense again.
Corporations, those irrational and insensitive man-made monsters whose only goal was to amass the highest quarterly profit without regard for the pain inflicted on others and for the damage to the environment, are things of the past. With their disappearance, old forms of government susceptible to corruption also came down. The nefarious influence of money on politics that made elected representatives turn away from representing the interests of their electorate to advance the interests of those who paid them the most, is also a thing of the past. Those imperfect forms of government have been replaced by a modern social democracy where people, using electronic communication, vote on issues directly, or constitute educated individuals who have a better understanding of the specific issues to vote on their behalf. Voting became an easier and wiser process.
Advancements in the understanding of how the brain works, and breakthroughs in science in general, and quantum physics in particular, came up with explanations that could only be formulated through spirituality before. A great awakening took place when science and spirituality found common ground. People engaged in a series of development practices that led them to the understanding that we are all in this together.
Since this Shift took place, we overcame our tribal mentality, and violence is now at an all time low. The concept of nations, territories, and borders is vanishing. Expansionism and conquest are irrelevant since we came to the understanding that we all share the same planet. The state-sponsored violence is gone, and the military industrial complex has been dismantled. The amount of money and resources used to build weapons and maintain military supremacy has been redirected to take care of human needs, such as good housing, healthy food, clean water, sanitation, transportation, health care and education for all. The capacity of radical ideologies to influence people and recruit extremists to perpetrate acts of violence has diminished considerably since people now live better lives, have hope, and can see the possibility of a better future for themselves and their families.
At the same time, we have adopted new technologies that preserve the natural resources and don’t wound the planet as we did in the past. Sustainable communities are the new norm. Consumption is not what it used to be. People are much more educated and scrupulous, and mindless consumption and waste are things of the past. We have become more conscientious members of the global society, caring much more for the health of the planet and the preservation of Spaceship Earth. “Small is beautiful” is the new economic trend.
Through the growth of mindfulness practice, we finally came to our senses, grew in compassion and solidarity, and created a wonderful new world. We have decided to better distribute the fruits of the increased productivity and pay workers more than mere living wages. Now everyone has enough to live without the fear of not having enough. People now live with a real sense of belonging to a community where each member helps and is helped by all others. With that, the ever-present fear of not having enough is gone; it is a thing of the past. People are not as afraid and anxious as they once were of not having the necessary to provide for themselves and their loved ones. The stubborn tensions of the past subsided, people became more relaxed, less anxious, healthier, and social interactions improved immensely.
We finally realized that this planet of ours is a place of abundance where there is more than enough for everybody. It was amazing to realize that the only thing that we had to do was to change our thoughts and organize ourselves differently in order for everyone to have what they needed to thrive.
Since everyone is now taken good care of if something bad happens, the fear of not having enough is gone, and the desperate compulsion to accumulate as a protective mechanism against potential times of lack has vanished. Since we are less fearful of not having enough for our own survival, we are now better able to love, care, and share.
We finally have organized ourselves to live on this planet in new ways, and as a result of this new order we, all of us, are now able to live dignified lives, take care of ourselves and our loved ones, share from the much we have, and give our best contribution to society.
Charity is no longer needed. Government sponsored programs, and charity organizations to help the poor are no longer necessary. Poverty has been eradicated from the face of the Earth.
No more poverty. No more hunger. No more homelessness. No more fear. No more greed. No more oppression. No more exploitation. No more indifference. No more neglect. No more violence. No more fanaticism. No more terrorism. No more crime. No more wars.
While all this is taking place, we are also transitioning to a time when work as we know it is becoming obsolete. Work is not what it used to be. The idea that one has to necessarily work to be deemed worthy to live in society is long gone. New technologies create what is needed in abundance. Advancements in science and technology are making work unnecessary. We are coming to a new time in humanity’s history when people will not have to work, or exchange labor for money any longer. Machines and automation are replacing human labor, and something new is happening: people are now earning the means they need to live dignified lives without having to work. And with the creative ways we have organized ourselves to embrace this new reality, and with the active sharing of all Earth’s immense abundance, everybody has more than enough to pursue their vocations and live beautiful, creative, contributing lives. Everybody is supported to be the best that they can be. Everybody is developing their innate talents and giving their unique contributions to the betterment of the world community. People, now, occupy themselves satiating their curiosity, doing what they love, following their passions, exploring their innate talents and skills, and making great contributions to society, while living happy and thriving lives.
Are we prepared to create a new world? Are we prepared for a new paradigm? We must let go of some deep-rooted ideas…
“We must do away with the absolutely specious notion that everybody has to earn a living. It is a fact today that one in ten thousand of us can make a technological breakthrough capable of supporting all the rest. The youth of today are absolutely right in recognizing this nonsense of earning a living. We keep inventing jobs because of this false idea that everybody has to be employed at some kind of drudgery because, according to Malthusian-Darwinian theory, he must justify his right to exist. So we have inspectors of inspectors and people making instruments for inspectors to inspect inspectors. The true business of people should be to go back to school and think about whatever it was they were thinking about before somebody came along and told them they had to earn a living.” ~ Richard Buckminster Fuller (12 July 1895 – 1 July 1983)
We have attained a higher consciousness. We became able to see beyond what we once saw. We went beyond the illusion of separation and became aware of our oneness.
We made it!
Smile! Be happy! Rejoice!
We made it!
The day everyone opened their hearts and became charitable, charity became unnecessary; that was the day when charity was replaced by justice, and we brought Heaven to Earth!
We can now celebrate life as brothers and sisters, as members of the same one human family, who live in peace, and rejoice with each other’s accomplishments and successes.
We made it!
We live in a new world of solidarity!
Life is good!
“Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other’s eyes for an instant?” ~ Henry David Thoreau
“If you could stand on someone else’s shoes, hear what they hear, see what they see, feel what they feel, would you treat them differently?”
Here are links to know more about Small is Beautiful:
I am not afraid. I am not worried. I am not anxious.
I am not a separated individual who has to struggle all by myself to accomplish what I want. I am not a lone warrior who has to fight against all to get what I want.
I am not apart from God; I am a part of God.
I am a manifestation of the Life Force Energy. I am part of it. Actually, since the Life Force Energy is one indivisible whole, I am not a part of it; I am It.
Therefore, I don’t have to worry and put tremendous amount of hard work and effort to create. I simply need to remove the obstacles and allow Creation to flow freely through me.
I am not afraid. I am not worried. I am not anxious, because the Universe is always on my side. I am a child of God. God is always with me, besides me. I am never alone. I am precious. God loves me and protects me. I am loved and protected. I am in God and God is in me. There’s nothing to fear.
I am an expression of the Divine Mystery. I am the Divine Mystery. I am.
There’s something more — something we grasp with our intuition but not with our intellect — between night and day, darkness and light, the cold morning air and the warmth of the sun!
There’s something more…
Pay attention! Be alert! There’s something more…
In this present moment, be aware of what is happening. See beyond of what you normally see. Sense the Mystery. Feel the Force. Connect with the Unseen. See Miracles in you and all around you. Recognize that everything is Miracle. Feel your connection with the Divine Energy that is everywhere. Feel that you are It. Feel connected and protected. Feel that everything is and will always be fine. Choose to be fearless, happy and peaceful in this present moment. And by doing so, you will be blessed and be a blessing.
January 1, 2015. My first 2015 sunrise watch. New Year, I welcome you, and all possibilities and successes.
January 2, 2015. The sun rises again. Our planet is so beautiful! We are blessed. I am feeling great!
January 3, 2015. Good morning. A special sunrise walking for peace with my fellow Peace Walkers at the Coral Springs monthly Silent Peace Walk. Feel the breeze.
January 4, 2015. Good morning. Another beautiful sunrise on our beautiful planet. It is good to know that the Earth keeps rotating and our sun, stars, and planets out there are doing what they are supposed to do without my help. I am practicing “present moment peace:” I remind myself that life is a succession of present moments and I choose to be peaceful in this present moment, right now. And let me tell you, it’s working; I feel peaceful. Thoughts for the day: The good I seek is seeking me. What I desire, desires me. Know that you are loved. Namaste.
January 5, 2015. Good morning. The Moon says “Goodbye,” and the Sun says “Hello.” The Earth keeps rotating. Spheres keep traveling through the cosmos and here we are, living on top of one of those. Miracles. Huge miracles! Today is a good day to live mindfully. Monitor your thoughts. Keep the positive ones and discard the negative ones. Today is a good day to practice optimism. Make this day a great day! Live one present moment at a time. Live mindfully! Have a great day! Know that you are loved.
January 6, 2015. Good morning! I invite you to enjoy your present moment. I was blessed with another day to live — a privilege — and I will make the best of it. Breathing consciously. Admiring the blues and the greens. Happy, healthy, wealthy and wise. Namaste.
January 7, 2015. Good morning! The sun is shining! Nothing to worry about. Everything is going to be alright. Miracles happen. Encounters. Believe!
I am living mindfully and practicing “Present Moment Awareness.”
I am aware that life is a succession of present moments, that this present moment is all that exists, and that I am living in this present moment.
I am aware of what is happening in this present moment. I am aware of what I am thinking in this present moment. I am aware of how I am feeling in this present moment.
In this present moment, I choose to keep positive thoughts and release negative ones. In this present moment, I choose to keep the good feelings and let the not so good ones go. I choose to feel good, happy and peaceful in this present moment. And by doing so, I manifest a good life.
