The Ones We Have Been Waiting For

I am still reflecting about the idea of the second coming of Jesus, and also the mythology of the superheroes that would eventually come to instate a reign of justice and peace on Earth.

When reflecting about the return of the Great Spiritual Teachers to Earth, I believe that we are the ones who bring them back. We do so by communing with the same Divine Energy those Evolved Beings were able to harness and put to good use. By doing so we become able to emulate them and practice their teachings on loving, caring and sharing. Although we have been waiting for the return of the Grand Spiritual Teachers of the past to bring Heaven to Earth, I prefer to believe that we are the ones we have been waiting for.

Consider the following ideas… If Heaven is a place where everyone is loved then it is by loving one another that we create Heaven; it is by treating all Creation with love and kindness that we bring Heaven to Earth.

Can we do this?

Sure we can!

And if this is all we need to do, then we have the power to do it. Manifesting Heaven on Earth is in our hands.

Still, we go through our lives living as if God, an external being, who we believe exists somewhere outside of ourselves, has left us. We dream of the day when God, or one of God’s powerful emissaries, will come to bring justice and peace to us. But God is not a ruthless parent who has abandoned us. If you see God as an external being, then consider that it is the other way around: we are the ones who, in some many ways, evicted God from our lives. We became so self-centered, so full of guilt, shame, and a sense of unworthiness, and so immersed in our trivial distractions, that we are incapable of seeing God anywhere.

We forgot the 3 Rs: We don’t remember God. We don’t recognize God. We don’t reveal God.

We forgot the 3 Cs: We don’t connect with God. We don’t communicate with God. We don’t commune with God.

We forget to acknowledge the miraculous beings that we are. We don’t take time to feel God in us. We don’t appreciate the beauty and the miracles that surround us. We are incapable of recognizing Heaven on Earth.

Unfortunately for all humanity, those who are disconnected from the Divine Mystery are not only experiencing their own hell on Earth, but are also spreading pain and suffering to those around them.

When we think of God as another being, what we have done is to come up with an image of a god that is based on our limited imagination.

Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God book series, lists the following as five false beliefs about God:

There are Five Fallacies about God that create crisis, violence, killing, and war.

1 – First, the idea that God needs something.

2 – Second, the idea that God can fail to get what He needs.

3 – Third, the idea that God has separated you from Him because you have not given Him what He needs.

4 – Fourth, the idea that God still needs what He needs so badly that God now requires you, from your separated position, to give it to Him.

5 – Fifth, the idea that God will destroy you if you do not meet His requirements.

If we believe that we are separated and disconnected from one another, then to imagine a god that is also separated and disconnected from us makes perfect sense.

If we get mad at some individuals and mistreat and abandon them, believing in a god that got mad and abandoned us is perfectly plausible.

Operating at this level of consciousness, we create a god based on our own image, the only limited image of ourselves that we are able to see and understand.

But what if we had a different understanding?

What if we realized that we have created a god in our own image?

What if we came to our senses and realized that it’s the other way around?

What if we really believed and lived, in all its exuberance, the truth that God created us in God’s image?

Pause for a moment and think. This is huge, immense!

It is up to us to wake up, leave the lower levels of consciousness, take the path to the higher levels where we connect, communicate and commune with God, where we recognize and reveal God, and where we realize our God-nature and our immense potential.

The moment we begin to operate at a higher level of consciousness we are blessed with the new understanding that we are, at the same time, human and divine, mortal and immortal, many and one.

We realize that we are, at the same time, fruits of creation and creators, and that we have the Divine spark in us, a spark that we can nurture, enhance and utilize to bring about miracles.

We are not separated from God, simply because this is not possible. God is all. We are God. And there isn’t a drop of blasphemy here; not at all. God is not another being. God is in us and we are in God. We are particles of God. God is where and when we exist. We are immersed and surrounded by God. God is everything: Divine Source, Divine Fields and Particles, Divine Energy and Matter.

God is Love, and as long as we are Love, we are God.

Here’s the equation:

1 – God is Love.

2 – I am Love.

3 – I am God.

This awakening and enlightenment empowers us to have a positive impact on all life. It is then, at that moment, that we become the ones we have been waiting for.

We have the power to do it. Manifesting Heaven on Earth is in our hands.

Namaste! I bow to the Divinity in you. I salute God in you.

I recognize the Divine in me and all around me, and I rejoice.
